I was born and raised in Kerala (often called God's Own Country), South India. I migrated to Australia in 2009. Before becoming a Social Worker, technology was my passion. I know a big jump from computers to human.

I am grateful for my opportunity to live and work in the land of Yorta Yorta People in Shepparton, Victoria.

I have lived experience of intersectionality of mental illness, trauma, gender, race, and heavy body.

I believe in human beings inherent ability to heal, which means return to wholeness. I understand living as a human being is messy in our efforts to survive from big and small traumatic stress to making sense of our internal experiences and our interactions with other people and in this world.
